SepaSperm®, available in different concentrations, is designed to efficiently obtain clean sperm samples for ART, without causing damage to the gametes.
Key Features
- For sperm preparation by density gradient centrifugation
- HEPES buffered, suitable for use in laboratory ambient conditions
- Ready to use for 45% (upper layer) and 90% (lower layer) gradient solutions
- Selects a subpopulation of spermatozoa with good motility, viability and chromatin integrity
SepaSperm® Wash is a solution for both washing or swim-up of human spermatozoa and ICSI or IUI procedures.
Key Features
- For spermatozoa washing or for ICSI / IUI procedures
- HEPES buffered, suitable for use in laboratory ambient conditions
- Ready to use
- Contains glucose as energy source, to provide energy for sperm motility
Best sperm for best clinical outcome
Sperm preparation by density gradient centrifugation separates sperm cells based on their density.
SepaSperm® Solution will ease recovery of motile and morphologically normal spermatozoa, which have slightly higher density, meanwhile discarding leukocytes, cell debris and immature and morphologically abnormal sperm with poor motility, which all have lower density.
SepaSperm® Solution will guarantee samples with less reactive oxygen species (ROS) and therefore less DNA damage. Low sperm DNA fragmentation has a positive impact on fertilization rates, embryo cleavage and clinical outcome in ART.
